FEEL THE BURN: Before the Tonight Show, Jimmy Fallon only worked once a week as a cast member with Saturday Night Live. One of his more beloved skits, missing since he left in 2004 was Nick Burns, aka, Your Company’s Computer Guy. Computers repaired with condescension? Servers serviced with snootiness? Uh, you’re welcome. Live from New York, it’s Saturday Night Live.
JUMP IN LINE: Visit the DMV. It is a place notorious for insane amounts of bureaucracy, the kind which most people can master if only given enough time. You don’t have that time. The person on the other side of the service window does. Knowing that the folks there are merely exhibiting expert bias and aren’t really evil might improve your experience. Or, it might not.
